It is easier to consume negativity and adapt to the desires of others than to face the light and create your own happiness or experience self-fulfillment.
I've been where you are, and I know that a new beginning starts here.
Now, it may come as a shock, but most people are still living by the mandates of others. They are pursuing dreams that were chosen for them by their parents and loved ones or society. They are living the lives they were programmed to live instead of seeking personal happiness and fulfillment.
Some will even argue that this is the way it has been and shall always be. They see this as being best for society. They fail to realize that when you pursue the dreams and aspirations of others, you lose a portion of yourself. You lose the essence of what makes us who we are.
You are a spiritual being living life through the perceptions of your mind, and your subconscious mind holds the keys to self-fulfillment.
Have you ever struggled to maintain focus or motivation in accomplishing simple goals prescribed by someone else? Maybe it was something as simple as a report at work or a task you're overly qualified to do - and your motivation waned. To properly motivate yourself, your goals must be self-selected and consistent with your personal gifts and attributes.
Unfortunately, striving to live up to the expectations and desires of others does not bring self-fulfillment or lasting happiness. Do you understand what I am saying?
You are reading this article because you want a little advice or you are searching topics like how to reprogram my subconscious mind, how to create the life of my dreams, or the laws of success, and you need little clarity or an extra push.
Take it from the Universe and go for it!
Chase your dream. The one that has been calling your name. The one that brings with it a feeling of personal fulfillment and happiness.
And don't be afraid. You can do it.
It won't be easy, but you can do it. You can do what you love, and discover how to live your life doing what you love. It all starts by committing to unlearn the old patterns you have become accustomed to over the years. You can do it. Drop the negative beliefs.
Unlearning these old patterns is not always easy. As children, we were shaped by teachings of our families, schools, religions, cultures, and of course the overarching circumstances of life. The more examples we were shown of something, the more we were programmed, and the stronger our beliefs became concerning the subjects of our programing. We are and continue to be channeled through televisions and other devices that serve scheduled programming days in and out. The programming instills in us negative and self-limiting beliefs that hold us back and keeps us from achieving more. It keeps us from discovering ourselves and finding happiness and fulfillment.
Which negative and self-limiting beliefs are currently holding you back? Are you ready to cancel those beliefs?
You must recognize your limiting beliefs to overcome them and create a life of harmony and balance, the life you deserve.
The first step is becoming aware of your ingrained beliefs and then imagining what you desire.
This begins the process of changing your reality. By envisioning and imagining your desired reality, you move one step closer to making it real. The best way to do this is by journaling, writing, drawing, and envisioning what you want. This is how you program your own mind. This is how you begin transforming the energy of your beliefs in a way that empowers you to get what you want.
Here are the 4 steps to reprograming your subconscious mind for success:
Adopt empowering beliefs.
Embrace the beauty of living.
Focus on being happy and grateful for all that you have.
Protect your environment from negative influences.
When reprogramming your brain for success, you must police the negative influences in your environment. These influences include the daily news channels, toxic people, and social media outlets. Your subconscious mind absorbs information from outside sources and uses it to shape how you think and see the world. It influences how you act, behave, and respond to others.
Therefore, proximity becomes power. Surround yourself with positive, successful, and supportive people. Seek out music, books, and videos that uplift you. Invest your time, money, and energy into courses, seminars, and events that help create the best you. You will notice it working as you become more self-aware, begin taking more calculated risks and start attracting positivity into your life.
