Level Up Your Goals by Planning Backwards – in 9 Years using Tesla's 369 You Can Have All You Desire

You can live, create, and enjoy the type of lifestyle you desire, and you don’t have to be rich to get started. You don’t even need any money or a college degree, as long as you’re open to learning. And if you’ve already got the college degree or you’ve got the education, just remember what Einstein said...,

You must be willing to learn beyond your education.
You see, Einstein knew, it’s not what you learned in school that produces marvelous results or makes you amazingly successful.
It’s what you learn outside of school by investing in yourself and working with the right people; coaches, mentors, and advisors that makes you uber-successful, and gives you a new lease on life.
Let me tell you, back in 2008, I was preparing for a military mission in east Asia: Japan, Korea, and Okinawa when I inadvertently discovered the secret to goal setting. It was something I had been doing and teaching others my entire military career, but I had never openly applied it to my life outside of work - But when I did, everything began to change. The speed at which I began to accomplish my goals began to increase, and the attainment of my goals became intentional.

The secret is outlined in the workbook, but here’s what I did…,
I reached into the pockets of my uniform and pulled out a tactical notepad. It was the same notepad I had been using for the last two or three years. It had notes and details about helicopter landing zones, indirect fire support for emergency situations, dust-off-medivac, crew-served weapons capabilities, and squad maneuvers. I always kept this notepad in my back pocket because one of the most valuable lessons I ever learned, is that no one can remember everything they learned in class – no matter how good, intelligent, or smart they are. So, I always maintain handwritten notes and goals to steer me in the right direction and keep me on course when important issues arise.
And because I was in a combat organization and our mission was to respond to contingencies at a moment’s notice, our goals were extremely important, and issues always arose. So, I pull out this pad and start the backward planning process to support a team of Seabees stationed alongside the ROK Special Forces Army in Southern Korea.
I can’t tell you what I was planning because that information might still be classified, but this backward planning process is unclassified and it’s available to anyone who wants to learn it.
Unfortunately, the only people I know who teach this other than myself are old military war veterans and special forces operators still engaged in combat. And to the best of my knowledge, no one teaches-people how to utilize this planning process to grow their business, train entrepreneurs, or more interestingly, how to use it to create and live the lifestyle you desire on your own terms.
And no one teaches the 3 6 9 Goals Attainment Technique like I do. It’s magical, and it’s based on the same knowledge that makes Nikola Tesla one of the most researched inventors in history. He discovered the secret knowledge of 3 6 9 and applied it to transforming power distribution and introduced the world to alternating currents of electricity. You can live, create, and enjoy the lifestyle you desire, and it all starts by pausing for a moment, finding a secluded place to contemplate life, and thinking to yourself, while completing section one in the vision and goals workbook...,
Think to yourself...,
In ten years from now, what type of lifestyle do I want to be living?
That’s Step #1, and it prompts you to think and visualize…,
Where do I want to be 10 years from now?
What type of lifestyle do I want to be living?
Can I have it sooner? If so, what does it look like?
If I were 81 years old and I looked back after having visualized and enjoyed my best life, what would I see myself having done? What would I be remembered for?
This is backward planning at its best. We’re starting with the end in mind, and you are creating a vision that will carry you deep into the future, at least 9 to 18 years into the future, if not more. If you follow the process, you’re going to do something few people ever realize they’re capable of.
You are going to grab the bull by the horns and tell it exactly where you want it to go. The bull here is life. You’re going to tell the bull of life exactly where you want it to go, and you’re going to force it to take you there.
#2. You’re going to start by creating a vision.
The workbook has an example, more details, and several pages where you can think and write about your Vision. Don't be shy. Go into detail and remember this is initially for your eyes only, so be honest writing out the lifestyle you desire. You can talk about the type of house you want, the car you want to drive, the physical health you want to enjoy, and the family members you want in your presence.

#3. Once you have written down your vision, the next thing you’re going to do...,
You’re going to employ the 3 6 9 Goals Attainment Technique, and you’re going to write down your goals. Your top three goals for each level below.
Now listen, I know you’re probably wondering or thinking you don’t have to write down your goals – but you’re wrong. Unwritten goals rarely get accomplished. And visions that are only seen in your mind eventually disappear or become forgotten.
Trust me, the best thing you can do is write down your goals.
And since we’re working backwards to help you attain your goals and create the life you desire, we’re going to start by identifying your long range-goals. The full-directions are recorded in the Vision Workbook, but theoretically, your long-range goals directly result in your vision becoming a reality between years 6 and 9 or sooner.
#4. There are three levels to long-range goals: Levels Nine, Eight, and Seven.
Your long-range goals are related to accomplishing your life’s work, purpose, career, and larger professional objectives.

Why does it take nine years to create the lifestyle I want today?
And well, it’s simple: Nothing great happens overnight and according to some of the greatest minds the world has ever known, like Pythagoras of Samos, Saint Augustine of Hippo, and even the occult scholars and philosophers like Cornelius Agrippa, the author of De Occulta Philosophia Libri III, and others, 9 years equals a complete cycle of transformation, evolution, and growth.

Here are the details to writing your goals starting with your top three level nine, long-range goals, and working your way down to your top three level one immediate-goals. Remember, we're working backwards, so every-goal must produce results that directly lead to accomplishing the next higher goal and ultimately aids you in making your vision a reality.
Since you already have the instructions in the workbook, here is a quick rundown.
Your Long-Range Goals
Level Nine: Long-term goals to be accomplished from 9 to 18 years or a lifetime. Your level nine goals should be reviewed annually and revised roughly every 4 to 5 years on the 9 cycle, unless life has helped you identify more fulfilling-goals. Just remember, changing your long-range goals too often is a sure way to find yourself lost, confused, and stressed, chasing shiny objects like a kid in a candy store. Level Eight: Goals to be accomplished between years 7, 8, and 9. These goals should be reviewed annually and revised every 2 to 3 years on the 9 Cycle. Remember, once your long-range goals are set, you must avoid changing them too often.
Level Seven: Goals to be accomplished between years 4, 5, and 6. They should be reviewed and revised annually. The best time to review and update your long-range goals is on the 3 6 9 cycle within the first 15 to 20 days following the winter and summer solstice, but not both. Choose the season that works best for your mood. It should be a dedicated time of year where you can devote 3-days or 72-hours to thinking about life, revising your vision statement, articulating your goals, and planning for their accomplishment.

There is a mystical energy in the air that provides an excellent opportunity to think, relax, and focus your attention on moving forward. It allows you to enter the new year or second half of the year with a renewed focus and determination toward making your dreams a reality.
Your Short-Term Goals: Levels Six, Five, and Four.
Level Six: Short-term goals to be accomplished from 1 to 3 years out. Your level six goals should be reviewed and revised every 120-days, or 4 months on the 9 Day Cycle.
Level Five: Goals to be accomplished between 7 to 12 months out. These should be reviewed and revised every other month at 60-day intervals on the 9 Day Cycle.
Level Four: Goals to be accomplished between 4 to 6 months out. These should be reviewed monthly and revised every other month on the 9 Day Cycle.

Your Immediate Goals: Levels Three, Two, and One.
These are the goals you will be actively working on over the next 90days.

Level Three: Immediate goals to be accomplished between 60 and 90 days out. These should be reviewed and revised monthly on the 9 Day Cycle.
Level Two: Goals to be accomplished between 30 to 60 days out. These should be reviewed bi-weekly and revised monthly on the 9 Day Cycle.
Level One: Goals to be accomplished over the next 3, 6, 9, and 30 days. These are the goals you are actively working on today, tomorrow, and next week. These should be reviewed and revised weekly and monthly on the 9 Day Cycle.
